However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or request a refund for an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your order and receive a refund.

Conditions for Return and Refund:

We will accept returns and issue refunds for the following reasons:

1. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
2. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it ships without penalty. If your order has already shipped, we may be able to cancel it depending on the stage of fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
3. Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect in your product within 7 days of receipt, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

We will not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

1. Personalized or Custom Orders: Due to the personalized or custom nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are incorrect, damaged, or have a manufacturing defect.
2. Used or Washed Items: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or washed.
3. Items Returned After 7 Days: We cannot accept returns for items that are returned after 7 days of receipt.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@jmprints.ph within the specified timeframe for your return reason. We will provide you instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping Costs:

For incorrect or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other return reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
